VINIFICATION   :Hand gathering of grapes.Carried to our Winery in small lattices.Rose wines from pure white  venification.Entirely fermented in stainless-steel  tanks with temperature totally controlled(between 18-20 C).

BOTTLING          :In our Winery.First bottled in 1996.

TASTING CHARACTERISTICS: Intense Rose pink colour.Sweet Summer berries on the nose with scents of roses.This fine Rose from Cabernet Sauvignon vinified white is a crunchy mouthful of fruit pastill berries with a backbone of soft tannins.A delicious extract of Summer.

ALC/VOL:12%              SUGAR:1gr/lt.               ACIDITY:4,8gr/lt.

ACCOMPANIES:Light dishes and poultry.Chilled(between 8-10 C)

Can be served as an Aperitif.Your patience will be rewarded
