VARIETIES : 60% Agiorgitico Nemeas, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.
SOIL :Sandy-clay and sloping.
REGION :Attica,Nemea,Viotia-Greece.
VINEYARDS :Agiorgitico from Asprokampos Nemeas and Cabernet Sauvignon from Arma Viotias.
CLIMATE :Adequate winter rainfalls and dry summer.
VINTAGE : 2nd week of October.
VINIFICATION:Hand gathering of grapes.Carried to our Winery in small lattices.Pure red vinification.Entirely fermented in stainless-steel tanks with temperature totally controlled(approx.25C)and in French oak barrels for 14 months.Aging in bottles can last 10 years.
BOTTLING :In our Winery. First bottled in 1994.
TASTING CHARACTERISTICS :Deep purple red.Wild fruits on the nose. Intense strawberry to black cherry on the palate reinforced by bold tannins.Drinks long.
ALC/VOL:12,5% SUGAR:1gr/lt. ACIDITY:4,8gr/lt.
ACCOMPANIES:Barbecued red meat and game.
